- Never leave a burning candle unattended. Candles should always be supervised to prevent fire.

- Keep candles out of reach of children and pets. Children and animals can easily knock candles over or burn themselves.

- Place the candle on a non-flammable surface. Make sure the candle is standing on a stable and heat-resistant surface to prevent fire. Ideally on a non-combustible base on which the wax can drip.

- Keep a safe distance from combustible materials. Candles should be placed at least 30 cm away from curtains, paper, clothing and other flammable objects.
